Viewpoint Photographic Art Center invites all college and high school photography students to submit photographs for an exhibition at Viewpoint Photographic Art Center’s Step-Up Gallery. This exhibition, entitled CELLPHONE+, is in conjunction with Photography Month Sacramento, a series of photography events happening region-wide throughout April 2023.
