Additional information
Overview | This one-on-one 2-hour tour will get you up close and personal with the wildlife of the American River. Lewis frequently photographs beaver, otters, deer, coyote, egrets, herons, geese, ducks, and more. And no kayaking experience is needed–Lewis does all the work! All you need to do is sit back and take pictures. Lewis will do all the paddling. You don’t even have to get your feet wet. Lewis will launch you and retrieve you back to shore without getting your feet wet. A life jacket, paddle (if you want to try paddling), and a dry bag will be provided. All you need to do is dress appropriately for the weather. Lewis recommends a telephoto lens in the 100-400 or 600mm range. Optional would be a second camera with a wide-angle zoom for scenery images. Following the photo tour, there will be a 1-hour Zoom screen share editing and review session with Lewis, where he will help you edit your images and share his techniques for bringing the most out of your pictures. |
