LIFE IN MOTION: Annual Student Juried Show at The Crocker

Life in Motion at the Crocker Art Museum, Photography Month event
Artists Reception April 21, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., Crocker Ballroom

The world around us is constantly in motion, and capturing a sense of this movement with a photograph presents unique challenges for the photographer. Photographing movement can tell a story – enjoyment, adventure, restlessness, chaos.

Forty-five students from two high schools and six community colleges throughout the region will exhibit 62 photographs selected by juror Lewis Kemper.

Students’ family and friends are encouraged to celebrate these artists. This is the day Crocker offers entry based on pay-what-you-wish; thus, no entry fee is required.  People attending have access to Crocker exhibits.
